What I Need To Know and What You Can Expect

Before our first session, you will have to print, fill out and sign a health history form, a lifestyle information form, a  liability waiver form and an informed consent agreement form.  This will give me information about you.  At our first session, I will give you a fitness evaluation,  The evaluation consists of a cardio endurance and heart rate recovery test, a muscular strength test and a flexibility test.  I will take your weight, your body circumference measurements and your body fat count.  All this information will give me a baseline of where you are and what you need to work on to achieve your fitness goals.  Each program is custom designed to your specific needs and goals. Please note all information is kept private and confidential.

I recommend private personal training twice a week (if possible) and light to moderate cardio on your own three to four days a week.  Some muscular discomfort is normal for new exercisers, but will decrease as you exercise more regularly. 

With dedication and good eating habits, most clients see a difference in how the feel and the way their clothes are fitting within a few weeks.
